Mirrorspace (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mirrorspace Technology") takes the privacy of its users very seriously.
In particular, we would like to remind you (the User) to read this Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before registering as a User to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read it carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all of the terms of this Agreement, you do not have the right to register, log in or use the services covered by this Agreement. By registering, logging in, using, etc., you will be deemed to have accepted this Agreement and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
This "Agreement" stipulates the rights and obligations between Mirrorspace Technology and the User in relation to the "My Earth Run" software service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" means the individual who registers, logs in and uses the Service. This "Agreement" may be updated by Mirrorspace at any time, and the updated terms and conditions will replace the original terms and conditions once published without further notice, and the User may review the latest version of the terms and conditions in the "MyEarth Run" software. If the user does not accept the modified terms and conditions, please stop using the services provided by Mirrorspace immediately after Mirrorspace has modified the terms and conditions.
1. In the process of registering an account or using the service, users may need to fill in or submit some necessary information, such as laws, regulations and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations") that need to be filled in the identity information. If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with the laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use the service or may be restricted in the process of using the service.
2. Personal privacy information refers to information relating to the user's personal identity or personal privacy, such as the user's real name, ID number, mobile phone number, mobile phone device identification code, IP address, and user chat histories. Non-personal privacy information refers to the user's operation status and usage habits of the service and other basic record information that is clearly and objectively reflected in the server side of Mirrorspace Technology, other general information outside the scope of personal privacy information, and the above privacy information that the user agrees to disclose.
3. Respect In the event of the existence of the possibility of the aforementioned circumstances found by Mirrorspace Technology, will promptly take remedial measures.
4. Mirrorspace Technology does not disclose or reveal the user's personal privacy information to any third party without the user's consent. However, the following specific circumstances are excluded.
(1) Mirrorspace Technology provides the user's personal privacy information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or the instructions of the competent authorities.
(2) Any leakage of personal information as a result of the user informing others of his user password or sharing his registered account and password with others, or other leakage of personal privacy information not due to Mirrorspace Technology.
(3) Users disclose their personal privacy information to third parties on their own.
(4) Agreement between the user and Mirrorspace Technology and the cooperation unit on the use of the user's personal privacy information disclosure, Mirrorspace Technology therefore disclose the user's personal privacy information to the cooperation unit.
(5) Any hacking, computer virus intrusion and other force majeure events resulting in the leakage of the user's personal privacy information.
5. The user agrees that Mirrorspace Technology may use the user's personal privacy information in the following matters.
(1) Mirrorspace Technology sends important notices to the user in a timely manner, such as software updates, changes to the terms of this Agreement.
(2) Internal audits, data analysis and research conducted by Mirrorspace Technology to improve company's products, services and communications with users.
(3) As agreed in this Agreement, Mirrorspace Technology manages and reviews user information and conducts processing measures.
(4) Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
In addition to the above matters, without the prior consent of the user, Mirrorspace Technology will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purposes.
6. Mirrorspace Technology attaches importance to the protection of the personal privacy information of minors. Mirrorspace Technology will rely on the personal information provided by the user to determine whether the user is a minor. Any minor under the age of 18 should obtain prior written consent from their parents or legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") to register an account or use the Services. Except for disclosure in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and the instructions of the competent authorities, Mirrorspace will not use or disclose to any third party the chat records and other personal privacy information of minors. Except for the exceptions agreed in this agreement, Mirrorspace will not use or disclose the personal privacy information of minors to any third party without the prior consent of their guardians.
7. Users acknowledge that their geographic location information is non-personal private information, and successful registration of a MyEarth Run account is deemed to be a confirmation of authorization for Mirrorspace Technology to extract, disclose and use the user's geographic location information. The user's geographic location information will be disclosed to other users by Mirrorspace as one of the user's public information. If the user needs to terminate the disclosure of his/her geolocation information to other users, he/she may modify the settings at any time.
8. In order to improve the technology and services of Mirrorspace Technology and provide better service experience to users, Mirrorspace Technology may collect and use or provide non-personal private information of users to third parties.
The content of this privacy agreement is also included in the relevant part of the user terms of service, the use of "MyEarth Run" service means that the user terms of service and user privacy agreement binding.
